Site Conditions:
You warrant that:
- The site is safe for security personnel to work
- All legal requirements for the site are met
- Necessary facilities are provided (rest areas, toilets, etc.)
- Adequate lighting and access is provided
- Security personnel will not be exposed to undue risk
Cooperation:
You agree to:
- Cooperate with security personnel
- Provide necessary access and credentials
- Inform us of any changes to site conditions
- Report incidents promptly
- Maintain your own insurance coverage
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Personnel and Licensing
SIA Licensing:
- All security personnel hold valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licences
- Licences are verified and current
- Personnel carry licence documentation
- Compliance with SIA standards and code of conduct
Training and Vetting:
- All personnel undergo thorough vetting
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks where required
- Regular training and development
- First aid training

Uniform and Identification:

Fees and Payment

Indemnity:

- Claims arising from your negligence or breach of these Terms
- Claims arising from site conditions not disclosed to us
- Claims arising from your failure to maintain adequate insurance
- Legal costs and expenses incurred in defending such claims
Health and Safety
Risk Assessments:
- We will conduct risk assessments before commencing services
- You must provide relevant health and safety information
- Method statements will be prepared for high-risk activities
- Regular reviews of risk assessments
Incident Reporting:
- All incidents will be recorded and reported
- Serious incidents reported immediately to client
- RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations) compliance
- Investigation of all incidents
Emergency Procedures:
- Security personnel trained in emergency procedures

Termination
Termination by Client:

- Immediate termination for material breach
- Immediate termination if we become insolvent
- Payment for services rendered up to termination date
Termination by Us:
- With notice as specified in contract
- Immediate termination for non-payment
- Immediate termination for breach of Terms
- Immediate termination if site conditions are unsafe
- Immediate termination if client engages in illegal activities
Effect of Termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Return of keys, access cards, and equipment
- Final incident reports provided
- Confidentiality obligations continue
- Liability provisions continue
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Government restrictions or lockdowns
- Strikes or industrial action (excluding our own staff)
- Vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure
- Illness of security personnel (we will provide replacement where possible)
