Client CCTV:
When we monitor CCTV on your behalf:

Our Premises CCTV:
- Operated for security and safety
- Footage not shared except:
- With law enforcement (crime prevention/detection)
- As required by law
- With individuals requesting footage of themselves (Subject Access Request)
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing your request:
- We may request additional information to confirm your identity
- We will respond within 30 days
- No fee is required unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive
